Are our civil servants so heartless and doesnt have the sense of urgency to save someone? I felt sorry for the family who lost their beloved father due to the carelessness of our Civil servants. Singaporeans? Where is your hearts? 1st class society with gracious and caring for everyone? My foot... we are far from it... 1st class society with no heart, no passion and no regards for human life i guess... Sad to say , it might be the truth...
